CAREER HIGHLIGHTS:
In 2011, saw his 1st career action while playing in 9 regular season games as a reserve lineman and on special teams…Dressed but did not play in 1 game and was inactive for 4 games…Was also inactive for 4 postseason games. Made NFL debut vs. Seattle (10/9), replacing Zak DeOssie (concussion) as the long snapper and right guard Chris Snee (concussion) late in the game…Played in each of the next 4 games: vs. Buffalo (10/16), vs. Miami (10/30), at New England (11/6) and at San Francisco (11/13)…Dressed but did not play vs. Philadelphia (11/20)…Inactive at the Jets (12/24) and vs. Dallas (1/1).
Spent the entire 2010 season on the practice squad.
COLLEGE:
Cordle made 33 career starts and played every position on the offensive line at Ohio State…Was the starting center as a sophomore, a guard as a junior and the team’s right tackle as a senior in 2009, when he missed 3 games with an ankle injury…Fractured his right wrist in 2007, but snapped left-handed during Ohio State's run to the national championship game…Broke his foot in 2005 training camp and was redshirted.
OFF-THE-FIELD ACTIVITY:
Created the Cordle Cares Foundation, which helps support children’s charities near Jim’s hometown in Ohio.
Attended the Jay Fund’s Annual Champions for Children’s Gala in New York City. Helped unload turkeys at the Community FoodBank of N.J. in partnership with Stop and Shop to prepare for the Thanksgiving Holiday.
Played Santa Claus at the Giants’ annual Jingle Jam holiday party at MetLife Stadium for 500 N.J. foster children.
Served a hot meal to New York City residents at the Community Kitchen, the Food Bank of New York City’s meal center in Harlem.
Attended the Giants’ annual Kickoff Luncheon benefitting Hackensack University Medical Center.
Attended Michael Boley’s Monday Night Bowling Benefitting Every Day Kids with Special Needs; an organization that works with children with autism.
Attended the Jay Fund’s Annual Champions for Children’s Gala in New York City.
Participated in the Giants Back To Football Caravan, where 5 car loads of players participated in a series of surprise visits to supermarkets, schools, and charitable events around the Tri-State area.

Earned 1st team all-Ohio honors as a junior and senior and led Lancaster High School to the playoffs both years…Began his high school career at Lancaster Fisher Catholic and was a 2-year starter at center...Transferred to Lancaster High as a junior and played guard his final two years…Also wrestled his first 3 years…Marketing major…Was named to the Big Ten All-Academic team…Born Aug. 22, 1987.
