The Giants’ defense notched four interceptions during Wednesday’s practice at the Quest Diagnostics Training Center, three of which came from drafted rookies. The first went to linebacker Devon Kennard, who also had one yesterday, on a Ryan Nassib pass for wide receiver Julian Talley in the end zone.

The second was from big man Jay Bromley, the Giants’ third-round draft choice. The defensive tackle out of Syracuse stretched up his arms at the line of scrimmage and came down with the pick. Safety Nat Berhe, a fifth-rounder out of San Diego State, intercepted Curtis Painter later in team drills.

2. QB Eli Manning
In preparation for Friday night’s fourth preseason game against the New York Jets at MetLife Stadium, Manning did his damage inside the 20-yard line today in practice. The two-time Super Bowl MVP quarterback threaded touchdown passes to wide receivers Marcus Harris, Rueben Randle and Corey Washington, in addition to tight end Adrien Robinson.

3. CB Zack Bowman
The offseason acquisition, who played his first six years with the Chicago Bears, was the lone veteran of the defense to notch an interception on Wednesday. The cornerback beat Eli Manning’s pass to wide receiver Marcus Harris on the sideline for a would-be pick-six. It was the second day in a row Bowman grabbed an interception. Yesterday he made a nice over-the-shoulder grab down the sideline for a turnover.
