The Giants and Stop and Shop will host their annual food drive Sunday

The Giants and Stop and Shop will host their 16th annual food drive at MetLife Stadium this Sunday prior to the Giants-Steelers game. Fans are encouraged to bring canned or non-perishable foods and deposit them at any of the stadium entrances at 2:25 PM.
All food collected during the drive will be donated to the Community FoodBank of New Jersey, which is a member of Feeding America, for distribution to local partner agencies in the area.

Since 1997, the New York Giants have hosted an annual food drive to help feed thousands of their neighbors during the holiday season. In the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, every donation is even more valuable to our neighbors and communities. Thanks to the generosity of our fans, nearly 5,000 pounds of canned or non-perishable foods are collected each year.

Each donor will be entered into a drawing for the chance to be randomly selected as the “Food Donor of the Game.” The selected donor will also receive an autographed Hakeem Nicks jersey.
