Get caught up with the latest Big Blue happenings

1. Which free agent surprised GM Reese? The Giants re-stocked their roster this year with the signing of an NFL-high 16 veteran free agents. Jerry Reese anticipated that Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie would be the one tough guy to pin down. 

2. Step into the Giants’ draft room. Highlighting NFL Network’s coverage of the 2014 NFL Draft is the return of the draft room cameras in 16 team facilities, and for the first time in franchise history, the Giants will be one of them.

3. The Top 100. For the fourth consecutive year, current NFL players have voted to determine the top 100 players in the NFL. The Top 100: Players of 2014 premieres Saturday, May 10 at 8:00 PM ET on NFL Network, immediately following coverage of the 2014 NFL Draft. The 11-episode, weekly series continues Wednesday, May 14 at 9:00 PM ET, and airs each subsequent Wednesday until the back-to-back episode finale unveils the top 10 players of 2014 on July 9 at 9:00 and 10:00 PM ET.

4. Notes for the 79th NFL Draft. Did you know Eastern Illinois QB Jimmy Garoppolo and Buffalo LB Khalil Mack are hoping to become the first players from their respective schools to be selected in the first round? You can find more news and notes like that in a packet the league released yesterday leading up to the 2014 NFL Draft, which begins tomorrow night.

5. #AskCommish. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell took over the @NFL Twitter account yesterday afternoon, answering questions from fans on the NFL Draft and other topics surrounding the league.
